In order to save costs, some users will intentionally delay the replacement of the PP sediment filter, and even some people will take out the PP sediment filter for cleaning and then use it again. Is this really okay? In fact, PP sediment filter cannot be cleaned. First, there will be a lot of pollutants on the surface and inside of the PP sediment filter after being used. Even if the surface pollutants are cleaned, the pollutants inside the PP sediment filter are difficult to clean. Secondly, there will be a lot of bacteria in the PP sediment filter after being used. Therefore, PP sediment filters need to be replaced in 3-6 months instead of cleaning them. There are some things you need to pay attention to when using PP sediment filter.
1. When the water purifier is not used for more than three days, the water filter should be drained for 2-5 minutes when it is used again, until the water in the water purifier is drained.
2. When the tap water is stopped, please turn on the sewage faucet to drain out the sediment, rust, etc. in the tap water pipe, and then turn on the purified water faucet to use purified water.
3. When the water purifier fails, please immediately close the tap water inlet valve, cut off the water inlet of the water purifier, and then contact the after-sales service personnel. Do not disassemble it by yourself.
